    Unable to join games on Xbox Live using Xbox One console


    Help! I can't connect to online games even if my account has Xbox Live Gold subscription. I already did the steps on the support forums. I have turned the console off and on and tested live connection. I even restarted the modem/router. Still no avail.

    xbox one

    On the xbox one I am able to connect to xbox live and join parties but am unable to play any games online

    Can't get child account to connect to LIVE

    Hey there Cav, When you create a Gamertag "Join Xbox Live" on Xbox.com it creates a separate xbox live account from the one that you may be using on your xbox. In regards to linking/transfering, you can't. You must go onto your account on the Xbox, click
    Join Xbox Live on console (make sure your console is connect to internet) and from there you can join Xbox Live and create your Online Gamertag.

    Try removing your account from the console and then redownload your profile by signing back in. After that, turn your console off and on, then try playing online.

    Since today's update i am unable to get into Destiny. Game brings me to orbit but then i am unable to go anywhere from there. I removed my account from the console, did not solve the issue. same problem persists.
