Unable to join Forza Horizon 4 Horizon life (online)

A few days ago the game was working fine but today I encountered an error for joining horizon life. I applied every solution I got on the internet but didn't work. Can anyone specify the solution for this error?

Hello. After what you suggested we are still on able to get online. It is not just Forza horizon 4 for it is Forza horizon 3 as well. This is the error

there is s support ID

a server ID

fsiled to redolve server address. Check your DNS settings snd try again.

My NAT type is showing Moderate. How can I change it to open?

Hello @HrishiDukhande!

The error message you are receiving refers to a problem with the internet connection. We recommend you to check your NAT Type and make sure that it is set to Open as a moderate NAT type may prevent you for joining and playing certain games online. Also, Reset or restart your router, reinstall or repair your XBOX App.

Be aware, however, that the NAT type may not be changeable in certain regions around the world....for example, I have noticed that a lot of players from India have issues with NAT

Hello Phil,

Only ones this wont affect are strictly online games such as fallout76 Forza 4 if on horizon life.
