Unable to Join Clans. (Change a Setting)

I am unable to join clans with my Xbox Live account. When I request an invitation to join a clan a message pops up saying,

"To do this, change a setting

You can't do request to join the club because of how your account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy and & online safety settings on Xbox.com"

So, I went to Xbox.com and changed the setting "You can create and join clubs" to allow. However, this was a while ago and I still have not been able to join clubs. Any help in resolving this would be great.

Xbox privacy & online safety settings don't work

Hi,

I'm trying to join a club on xbox, but i get an error message saying "you can't do this because the way your account is setup. Go to your privacy & online safety settings to change this".

I added my account to an adult account and changed the settings to "allowed to join/create a club".

But i'm still unable to join a club

I'm trying to change my privacy setting for "View Game and App History" but every time it just gives me an error message, for months now.

There's no error code, just an error.
