Unable to Install YouTube

Discus and support Unable to Install YouTube in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been trying to install Youtube for months, it tries to install for a few seconds then i get Insulation stopped, and now it's effecting a few...     Unable to Install YouTube


    I have been trying to install Youtube for months, it tries to install for a few seconds then i get Insulation stopped, and now it's effecting a few games too

    Nothing is working

    Ever since the September update, I'm unable to install any games without it saying "Instillation Stopped" the second after I press install. I also can't play any games or use any apps. The only thing I can do is use Youtube. I've tried hard resets constant
    times but the problem continues to occur. I've also noticed i'm not the only with this problem for there are other forums with the same thing happening to them.

    I always have trouble with YouTube.

    It's really frustrating that I'm unable to use it.

    Thanks, I had the same problem, receiver used to work well on my previous install and I was unable to manually install the driver on my fresh Windows install.

    The reddit comment fixed my problem, another guy also made a youtube video based on the comment in case anyone needs, it helped me too, I had no idea 7zip could unzip executables.

    Try un-installing YouTube and and re-installing. I have had to this on one occasion when an update to the YouTube App was pushed through. After I un-installed and re-installed it fixed the issue.

    I just I countered this problem of getting the "unable to load channel" when I click on "upload" in the YouTube app. I think I may still have the old YouTube app. How can I fix this so I can use the upload feature in the YouTube app.

    I tried what you said but the same sequence of events happened i.e. after clicking install on the you tube app it displays downloading for half a minute and then just stops with the error code 0x80072F8F. I'm signed in fine when rebooting and the network
    diagnostics are great i.e. zero percent packets lost whatever that means!

    Thanks anyway for trying. I'll keep trying over the next few days. Apart from the odd quirks I love the xbox one x. I don't think I've had such smooth game performance for a console. The old crackdown game plays like a dream!
