Unable to install Xbox Beta App

Sorry to hear it. As this is the beta app there are still issues to be fixed. If you are unable to download the game from the app then cancel it and open the Store App from the start menu and find the game there to install

In addition to those steps if they don't work, try out the following steps:

Method 1:

Make sure Date, Time and Time Zone are correct.

Follow these steps to check that.

1. Windows key + W and type Date and Time.
2. Set Date And Time.
3. Change Date And Time Button to change date and time.
4. Change Time Zone button to change Time Zone.

Method 2:

I would suggest you to clear the store cache as it might be a cause for the issue and check.

Follow these steps to do so.

a) On the desktop screen, press Windows key + R to open run box.

b) Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.



Method 3:

Disable proxy Connection

If you use any proxy connection, then follow the steps to disable proxy connection.

1. Gearbox at the top right corner in Internet Explorer.
2. Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
3. Connections tab, and then click LAN settings.
4. Use a proxy server for your LAN check box.
5. ok.

Try resetting the phone it could possibly be the phone itself
