Unable to 'install' Window 10 Minecraft

Yes, i do have the device linked to my microsoft account.
i've verify my account too. and i've updated the software, try re-setting the microsoft store in my computer, almost everything that i can google online.

still it doesn't work

I usually, do not login to window. I was using local account.

Thus, I login with the MS account and another error showed,

"Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

Fortunately, I searched some and people recommend to go this link, https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/store/minecraft-launcher/9PGW18NPBZV5/0010

I instyalled that and finally, I can start the game.

Go to settings / account and click on verify this computer (Below your profile picture). When its done, reboot your computer and try again

To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

When you login to your computer is the user account the same with the one you shared here?

• If it is a different Microsoft Account, kindly go to Microsoft account | Devices and sign in with that user account. Please Unlink devices that are not in use.
  
• If you are unsure if you are using same account, please open your PC Settings. Kindly go to Accounts. Please check if the email on the accounts shows as the same email you have shared in here.
