Unable to install the xbox app through the installer or the microsoft store.

I tried to install the xbox app for pc through both the Microsoft Store and the dedicated installer app you can download, but neither worked. When I try to download it with the installer it gives me this error:

When I tried to install it through the Microsoft Store, the install button doesn't do anything (same applies to every app on the store). I have a feeling the problems are correlated somehow, but I have no clue. I have tried everything so far, including resetting the Microsoft Store, checking to see if I don't have any pending updates, but I've had no luck so far. If anyone has any ideas or solutions, I would appreciate it.

In this case, I recommend checking this link I can't find or install an app from Microsoft Store to troubleshoot your issue.

I'm pretty sure I should be able to download the Xbox app, and I have already tried everything in regards to troubleshooting the Microsoft Store. I have already tried everything suggested in the troubleshooting guides that are on the Microsoft support website, but they didn't work for me.

Through the micosoft store, I am physically unable to due to having no install button. for the xbox app i can't even install that. Through minecraft website it just refuses to start to download.

Just to confirm, you're unable to install it on Xbox app and MS store? Are you playing the game through the game pass?
