Unable to install the games from Xbox gaming pass PC

tried this method and no avail. still unable to install game pass games from Xbox onto windows 11

Hi, I actually set that up when I first got my PC. I have 3 HDDs in my PC and I was previously able to download games to my C, D, or E drives. I'm still able to play any apps I already have installed my pc.

Try the solution below, please.

1. Open Settings ---> System

2. In the left column, choose the Storage tab and choose "Change where new content is saved"

3. Change "New apps will be saved to:" to any desired drive (in my case D drive)

4. Wait 2 minutes and restart your PC.

5. The Microsoft Store has now created the necessary folders for the Xbox app to use.

6. Repeat steps 1 to 3 to change your location back to default if desired.

7. Now you can download your games from Xbox app to your desired drive/partition

Unfortunately that did not resolve the issue. The Xbox app is still unable to download games. I went ahead and ran DISM repair and SFC but that didn't fix the Xbox app either.

The version of Windows 10 that you are using is apart of the Windows Insider Program, This could be why your having issues installing games.

The Windows Insider Program is to help test and find bugs within Windows 10 before it release globally. If you Press the Windows Key + F you can send a Feedback/Bug Report over to the correct team.

I did have issues with installing Ori and the Will of the Wisps but I had to do a Clean install. I tried many forums posts and nothing would work.
