Unable to install some XBox 360 Arcade games on XBox One

Some of the games that I have on XBox 360, and are marked there as "XBox One Compatible", are not available on XBox One "ready to install" list. If I search for them in the Store app, it won't find them.

Some examples:

• Geometry Wars 2
• Zuma
• Hexic HD
• Brain Challenge
• Trials HS add-ons (I can install the main game, but not the add-ons)

What should I do to install them on XBox One?

compilation discs

I have some compilation discs which are Xbox Live Arcade Unplugged, Xbox Live Arcade Compilation Disc, and Pop Cap Arcade Vol. 2. Most games on these discs are backward compatible on Xbox One; however, when the disc is inserted it only installs one game.
On Unplugged 4 of the 6 games are compatible, Compilation 3 of the 5 games are, and Vol 2 all 3 games are. Why does it only install one? It should recognize which games are compatible and install them.

 

can't install Sam & Max Save the World

I have exactly the same issue. There is no option to install it even though I own the 360 Arcade version of Sam&Max Save the World. Interesting enough, if you search on Xbox.com for "Sam&Max Save the World", two versions show up. One under Xbox one results,
and the other under Xbox 360 results. The link under Xbox One has an Xbox 360 banner and goes to some game bundle and the link under Xbox 360 goes to the Arcade version.

 

Alexandre try hard resetting your system sometimes that works. Just hold down the power button until it shuts off. That's what I had to do.

Probably has something to do with region issues.

Not all games are available in all regions.

 

I thought that too, but it is weird that I can install the games on the 360 but not on the One. Even weirder that Trials HD allows me to install the main game but not the add-ons.
