Unable to install Resident Evil 7 DLC (Banned Footage Vol. 1 & Vol. 2) PlayAnywhere on PC

I have never been able to install these DLC's for Resident Evil 7 on the Windows 10 market. Once Vol. 1 was able to install, but Vol. 2 never has been able to install. I have tried everything under the sun and now neither DLC will download or install at
all. I am given a generic Marketplace error: 'Error, see details' which I go to 'click' and it re-attempts to download/install only to bounce back with the same error message again. I've tried the ms command 'wsreset' with no luck, I've tried uninstalling
the full game and reinstalling. I'm baffled to the lack of support for the Windows 10 storefront for this game...I don't get it. There is not one lick or shred of information on this problem yet there are people like myself (based on the store front reviews)
that there are multiple people having this same exact problem I am having. This was honestly the most wasted DLC season pass purchase I've ever made.

Resident evil 7 Banned footage

I have a hard copy of Resident Evil 7: Gold Edition. Some of the content like Banned Footage Vol 1 and 2 doesn't show up and Xbox Store only gives me the option to purchase. how do I fix it?

I spent months with the Xbox tech trying to get a refund after they wanted me to format my Xbox multiple times try wifi instead of wired then saying to external drive instead of internal just to see why my purchased deluxe edition token was never given on
the Xbox store.

Well I have that token on the W10 Store but it doesn't download because it says I'm saving to a SD card?? It says change the default storage and try again. Nope not doing that C drive is tiny and just for programs not games.
