unable to install one or more items

Thanks for the reply and the suggestions! After exhausting the list I am still unable to install the halo master chief collection but have now received different error messages.

I receive error Code: 0x803FB107 One or more items in this bundle didn’t install yet. We’ll keep trying. You can also try installing them from Downloads and updates.

Error Code: 0x80073D12 Before you can install this add-on, you need to install the app or game it works with.

Let's make sure that you didn't miss some contents for the game.

In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don't select it).
Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.
Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.
Note: Items listed under “More add-ons” can't be installed. Instead, they are owned items that automatically become accessible when in-game.
Select the tick-box for each item that you want to install or select all.
Select Save changes.

Once all items are installed, try relaunching the game.

You meant you can't even play it? If you already have installed the game, check if its game add-ons are also installed.

Please check if you can install the DLCs of the Ultimate Edition:

- Go to My games & apps > Highlight a game (but don’t select it).

- Press the Xbox button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

- Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen.

- Choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.

- Note: Items listed under “More add-ons” can’t be installed. Instead, they are owned items that automatically become accessible when in-game.

- Select the checkbox for each item that you want to install. Select Save changes.

Please let me know if you find the dlcs/packs from the Ultimate Edition there.

We will have to check if there are missing contents needed to be installed.

Choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.

Select the tick-box for each item that you want to install or select all.
Select Save changes.

It should start installing them all. Once done, restart your console and try to access the game.
