    Unable to install NEW games on Xbox One S from game pass


    Can play currently installed games firn, but unable to install new games.

    SImply getting "Installation stopped" after a couple of seconds.

    Error code is a very helpful "000000000"

    Have done hard reset on console but made no difference

    Hey Tristan,

    If you're unable to install the game after subscribing to the Xbox Game Pass, try power cycling your Xbox One console by holding the power button down. Once your console powers down, boot back up and try installing from the Game Pass section of the 'My games
    & apps' section (in the Subscriptions tab).

    Give it a shot and let us know if that helps.

    Cant download game.

    Just to get you into the game as quickly as possible: After purchasing the game (or getting it through Game Pass) start your Xbox One console, and install it from "Ready to Install" from your "My games and apps" tile.

    As for the consoles not showing up, can you check that you have registered your console(s) on
