Unable to install Minecraft Launcher

Discus and support Unable to install Minecraft Launcher in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I tried to install the new 1.20.5 version of Minecraft and it kept crashing, so I uninstalled the launcher and now trying to re-install it won't work....     Unable to install Minecraft Launcher


    I tried to install the new 1.20.5 version of Minecraft and it kept crashing, so I uninstalled the launcher and now trying to re-install it won't work.

    I've:

    1. Restarted my PC several times

    2. Tried uninstalling launcher download several times

    3. Checked and updated PC

    4. Reset router several times

    5. Waited 2 hours for launcher to download. Green bar stays at about 1/8th progress.

    6. Deleted my entire .minecraft folder in %appdata%, still doesn't work

    7. Tried both the Microsoft Store and Minecraft website launchers each several times, no difference in results

    8. Updated Java

    9. Closed everything (but the installer)

    10. Tried using VPN to install

    I'm at a loss what else I can do... it installed perfectly fine on my laptop using Wi-Fi.

    I'm using an adapter to get ethernet on my PC (not WiFi), which means I have download speeds 10x that of my laptop, yet my laptop could do it ~1 minute and my PC is still stuck at 2 hours not doing anything

    I have completed the tasks but still unable to download Minecraft Launcher, however I am able to install minecraft installer after pressing the link but not minecraft launcher.

    Thank you for your help, however I am currently unable to access the minecraft launcher (it can't be opened/launched, is still showing up in the windows search bar, cannot be uninstalled).

    Every time I try to download it again from other places (microsoft store application, minecraft installer application, minecraft launcher from the xbox store), I get an error and it tells me it is unable to install

    Same here, I own Minecraft for Windows 10 but nothing recognizes it. Minecraft.net claims I do not own it, the Xbox app says I own no games, and even though I can sign into the launcher it says "Failed to create profile" whenever I press "Play"

    After uninstalling and re-installing everything, as well as signing out of every account, the only difference is that I am now also unable to install the Minecraft launcher. I installed a fan-made launcher and it also claimed I did not own the game.

    If there is a way to fix this I would greatly appreciate it.
