Unable to install Halo Infinite error 0x800701b1

Hello,

Issue:

unable to install Halo Infinite Free on PC receive error code: 0x800701b1

History:

The game was working fine a few months ago until an error ocurred about the game couldn't update. I ignored the error as I was not playing the game. I tried to play again, and the game wouldn't update and recieved the same error: 0x800701b1. I attempted a repair and the same error.

Steps taken:

- Uninstalled the game

- Removed and reinstalled gaming services( https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-games-windows-10 )

- Signed out of Xbox app

- Uninstalled the Xbox app

- Repaired gaming services

- Restart PC

- Windows Update

- SFC /scannow

- Restart

- Installed Xbox for PC and services required as notified

- Update all windows store apps

- Restart PC

- Attempted to install game: Error 0x800701b1

Has anyone heard of this error on PC using Xbox app for gaming? I appreciate any help and assistance. Thank you.

I click on the certain game when it "Cancel's Installation/Update" and I get error code : 0x800701b1

Which is an error code that I can not find.

I have upgraded and installed my computer Parts, but now when I launch Halo Infinite I get "Halo Infinite is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001" which I am now trying to resolve
