Have you tried reinstalling your Windows? The error code you’re getting could be due to corrupted file or processes these corrupted files in the system.

You can also try clearing MS store cache. Press the Win + R key to open the Run dialog.

Type cmd and click OK to open Command Prompt.

In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter to execute:

WSReset.exe

Then set up your installation drive, press the Windows Key + I to open Settings. Click System > Storage. To change the default drive for new apps, use the New apps will save to dropdown. On the Xbox app, click the profile menu in the top-right and select the Settings options. Click on General. Under the “Game install options” section, select the drive to install games by default.
