Unable to install games...

Big xbox fan, I've finally decided to get the xbox one, got it with 3 games and 2 of them won't install:

Call of duty Ghost will stuck at 32% and give error 0x87e00064 after couple of minutes.

COD advance warfare would even let me plan a bit while installing and then get stuck and give error 0x80832003. First time, it got to 65%, now it won't pass 26%.

For both discs, already tried cleaning discs, power cycle, delete, offline and online installs. Please help...

For Ghosts, is it always at 32% it stops even when you install offline?

The first time, I tried it went up to 60ish%, all the other times I get the same 32%... Tried factory reset yesterday {200GB of games I am re-downloading now }, still nothing...

I'm currently having the same problem. Forza 5 stopped at 23 and sleeping dogs stopped at 72. Tired doing it offline and still nothing. Discs are perfect to, not a scratch. Glad to see I'm not the only one

Hi,

Try a powercycle of your console ( on main menu press and Hold 10 sec the powerbutton of the console, restart ).

Does it help ?

I have tried to install a number of games via the Xbox app and Microsoft store but only get 0X00000001 error as soon as i try to install, i have tried install to any of my drives and i get the same error for each, My windows is fully up to date with updates. i have tried all the solitons on https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-games-windows-10. still no luck. this is and issue that i have back in 24/05/2020 and never got fixed

If this is happening on the console, try this:

First clean the cache of your console that way:

1. With the console turned on, hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until you hear a small sound.

2. Wait 10 seconds.

3. Turn it back on.

Note: It may take a while for him to call, don't worry, it's normal.

Then, restore your console keeping the games and apps:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

Then, try to uninstall and install the Xbox app.

If it still doesn't work you're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell command, then you're going to open the gamepass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services again :

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, it will ask you to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.

If neither of those procedures works, try to restore your PC's OS via the ISO image tool, using that tool you will be able to maintain your installed games and files.
