unable to install games or purchase games through console, pc, phone, or apps

Hey All,

As the title says i am unable to purchase or install anything for my xbone sad. If i try through my mobile app the page hangs, if i try through my console i get an endless loop if i try through my PC i see the attached (including the errors in the console)
now, i did reach out to support last night however they were less than steller (telling me to factory reset my phone pc and console even though it is a site issue)

Any help would be appreciated, at this point im questioning why i subscribe to gamepass or gold
if i cant even use the service

Wasn't this a Xbox Live issue? I've heard that today they had some log in issue, maybe this effects what you are trying to do. In the last 3 days I saw the Support profile on Twitter posting so many times, could be that. Sorry if this didn't helped you.

I wonder if it has anything to with the games being Xbox 360 branded, but that shouldnt be an issue as they are comp with the one/s/x/sad

In this instance im not sure that would fix the issue since its happening with the apk on my droid, chrome on both my droid and pc, edge (the screenshot is edge), the windows store, and on my console

Have you tried uninstalling the app, then rebooting and reinstalling it, re-logging in, and trying again?
