    A few days ago I accidentally deleted fortnite as I was updating it. When I went to reinstall nothing happened. Noticed it wouldn't let me install anything to the console. I've done ever kind of reset possible and have contacted xbox support where they've
    had me to multiple things. Lost story short I still can't install anything to my xbox. Anyone had anything similar happen and what you did to resolve the issue?

    Yes I have multiple times. Have also done a full factory reset.

    Hi,

    If you have an external hard drive, delete all on it and unplug it, from the console make again once a full factory reset.

    When its done (do not plug the external hard drive *** important *** ) , try to install fornite > does it work ?

    If not your Xbox needs to be repair.

    If you don't have an external hard drive, you should send the console to the repair center.

    Have you tried power cycling your console?

    You can do this by holding down it's powerbutton for 10 seconds.

    Retry afterwards.
