Unable to install game i have paid for

I bought prince of persia last year and to this day it still does not show up in ready to install games list,i have spoke to support and they exhausted all angles and asked me to post here,i have the game license but no game????

Games for Windows Client

When I try to install the Games for Windows client it says unable to install. I have tried to install it many times but it won't work. Someone please help me.

 

Never Alone download doesn't complete

Well, after nearly 3 weeks, we are still unable to download, update, install or play a game that we have paid for.

Is there nobody at Xbox Support that could at least inform us all of what is happening and if we are likely to ever be able to play this game?

 

Which Prince of Persia is it? Is it the remade one that looks cell shaded or the side-scrolling original from loooong ago revamped?

 

Prince of Persia "Classic" is the one made as the backwards compat.

 

Yes it's the backwards compatible one,I have installed deus ex today and that worked fine but Persia I have downloaded a few times and does not end up in my to install list

 

Weird. When you go here does it show up in your licenses?

Just to clear up a bit of confusion I've seen, the original Prince of Persia remake

found here is the game that is currently backward compatible with the Xbox One. You may be confusing the game with

this later release of the same name. Let me know if that clears up the trouble you're having

 

Try downloading from the xbox.com should download automatically

It's definitely the latter of the two but when I originally bought it on offer it was advertised as backwards compatible

phone support to ask for a refund for the game you purchased, and then purchase the version that is compatible. That would be the best solution here to get you the game you are expecting
to be back compat.
