Unable to install Forza Motorsport 6 - 0x87e00064

The installation of Forza 6 stoppes every time at 4%.

I have try this:

Fehler beim Installieren eines Xbox One Spiels

and install the Blu-ray-Player-App...

but the game stopped to install at 4%

I also reset to factory adjustment. After i try to install, it stoppes at 4%.

Then i change the game at lokal store to an other copy. Try to install. And, at 4%, the installation stopped again.

Forza Horizon 2 and Sunset Overdrive are able to install.

Bought an Xbox one yesterday and tried installing forza Motorsport 6 and I get error code 0x87e00064

I bought an Xbox yesterday with a brand new copy of forza Motorsport 6 and tried installing it and at 5% it stopped I click to try again and it says check your disk your disk may be dirty or scratched

(0x87e00064) please help I have tried everything

I have chat with the Support.

They want, that i test offline System Update Diagnostic Tool.

I will try that later, after work.

 

I have successfully installed OSUDT2.

Then i try to install Forza 6.

3%

4% -> Installation stoppt (Error Code 0x87e00064)

 

I try to install Forza Horizon 2.

1%

2%

3%

4%

...

100%

Installed without any issue.

I realy helpless.

 

@kingofjohn: Yes, i have try to clear the cache of the Xbox One. With the same result. The installation stopped at 4%

I change the game once again at the local store.

But the installation stopped at 4%.

The drive make a strange noise before it stopps.

Is the drive broken? But why i can install the other two games?

 

Disconnect from the Internet , reboot console and see if it's any better, first Uninstall and delete everything related to the game ...

well that makes no sense to me (or you I bet) why would it stop at 4 % ? Even when you use a different disc ? I really don't know what to tell you ...if you have a friend with and xbox one I guess you could see if it would install on his console , if it
does and wont on yours then it would have to be a problem with your console ....

 

I am also having this same issue except mine stops a 3%. I've filed the rental service i received mine from (the one that was sent was in almost new shape except for your general wear and tear marks) for a replacement.
