    Hi there. I'm trying to install fifa 22 from xbox app on PC(I have game pass), but everytime it opens EA application which one always fails with no internet connection. By the way ea.com does not load. Do you know how to figure it out? Thank you in advance!

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly clear the cache of the EA Desktop App and then try to install the game directly from there.

    "Open the Start menu.

    Find EA and click the downward arrow to expand.

    Select App Recovery.

    A confirmation window will pop up.

    Click Clear Cache."

    It seems like you have performed all the necessary steps, CaDucT. If you can install other Xbox games pass games through Xbox App without any issues it means that it's the EA Desktop App itself. You may need to reach out to EA for advanced troubleshooting steps.

    Hi Francia,

    I tried to clear cache couple of times. Also I reinstalled ea app 7-8 times before. It didn't help. Main problem is that in my pc it's a first run of ea app and immediately with no internet. But Internet works and I can download all another games except EA
