    Unable to install EA Play games with Game Pass Ultimate on PC


    Hello:

    I'm trying to use the Xbox App on Windows 10 to install Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, but the install fails and returns this error code: 0xa3e903ec. The error also happens on any other EA Play game. I've installed and signed into the EA Play app on my PC and confirmed the app is working. I've searched this error code but haven't found results with the same code. I've found similar results like in this post: https://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-Play-P...me-Pass-PC-on-trying-to-install/td-p/10173417 and https://www.reddit.com/r/XboxGamePass/comments/m87npw/ea_games_error_0xa3e903ed_solution/. However, both solutions in those threads didn't resolve the issue I'm facing. I've confirmed my Xbox profile has my EA account linked because I see my EA account in the "Linked Accounts" section. I've used this troubleshooting guide including the last step, but the issue remains: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-games-windows-10. Has anyone else encountered this error? If so, were you able to solve the error? What was your solution?

    EA Play No Longer Functioning

    Is this on the console or PC? EA Play is included on the console with Game Pass Ultimate. EA Play will be available on the PC through Game Pass sometime this year.

    Did you purchase Game Pass for PC, Xbox Game Pass, or Game Pass Ultimate? Only Ultimate includes EA Play.

    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is £10.99 a month. Ultimate includes Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass for console, Xbox Game Pass for PC, EA Play for Xbox, EA Play for PC & Xbox Cloud Gaming. So for the extra £4 you are getting a lot of value for money.

    Did you buy standard Game Pass for console or Game Pass Ultimate? EA Play is only included with Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass, not the standard Game Pass for console.

    EA Play >PC< transfer to Game Pass (Ultimate) >PC
    If you have EA Play for PC, then that is coming to Xbox Game pass for PC. If you have EA Play for Xbox, then that is what is going to be included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate from the 10th November.
