Unable to install/Download games and updates

Hey everyone. So I've been having this problem which I know some people had in the past with installing and downloading games and updates on my Xbox. It started 2 days ago with an update to Overwatch, I kept getting an installation stopped message and nothing
seemed to make it resume. Yesterday "The Elder Scrolls Online" received a big update and when I tried to download it, the same thing happened. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the games but now when I try to download them, i keep getting the "installation
stopped" and the process just freezes. I have tried everything I've read in the official forums, going so far as doing a factory reset, but this problem still persists.

Sorry if I come off as rude, getting a bit frustrated with this issue since I can not seem to resolve it using the steps that seem to work for everyone.

Maybe I should try and factory reset without keeping all games? I'll try to unplug everything and see if it works now

Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up. then do all the updates

A factory reset should have fixed this. The only thing I can suggest from here is to make sure your console is connected via ethernet cable if it isn't already then powercycle by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down.
Then unplug it and let it sit for at least 5 minutes.

During this time unplug your modem/router for 60 seconds to powercycle them and remove any possible bottleneck that your internet may have.
