Unable to install Apps\Games

I have recently got a Xbox One and trying to install Apps\Games from windows store but the download never starts $Unable to install Apps\Games :($ Although the xbox is able to download Gigs of content when it comes to console updates but not able to install even a simple app like skype.
I have tried resetting the console, tried to connect the internet directly via ethernet cable, change dns to 8.8.8.8 but nothing works.

My download speed is 50Mbs, Upload speed is: 60Mbps, latency around 153 to 200ms, wireless strength is 100%.

Unable to install games or apps

I discovered today when attempting to install the newest games with gold offerings that I am unable to download and install games and apps. I have more than enough space open to install the items I'm attempting to install(161.1gb). When trying to install
from the store items go directly from pending to queued and no progress is recorded. If I try to install something from my ready to install list nothing happens. The item does not even become queued. My internet connection is active and able to support playing
my already installed games. Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

unable to access store

i have been unable to access the xbox one store on my xbox one or even search for specific games i want to install/buy. i have even tried to select the gaME on your website and it will not auto install like it is supposed 2 or even show up in my games and
apps.

I see. Are you also unable to install games using the Microsoft Store app?

Yes I have multiple times. Have also done a full factory reset.

Hi,

If you have an external hard drive, delete all on it and unplug it, from the console make again once a full factory reset.

When its done (do not plug the external hard drive *** important *** ) , try to install fornite > does it work ?

If not your Xbox needs to be repair.

If you don't have an external hard drive, you should send the console to the repair center.

Have you tried power cycling your console?

You can do this by holding down it's powerbutton for 10 seconds.

Retry afterwards.
