Unable to install anything

I"m facing a SERIOUS Problem with my Xbox-X. It simply won't install ANYTHING. When I go to "Show ALL my library", it just stalls and doesn't show up anything. When I go to microsoft store, all my old apps and games are there (Owner +), but doesn't show on the console and it's impossible to re-install. Also impossible to install any new game. On my Xbox app, every App/games are showing, but it's impossible to start install process remotely. Every command is also extremely SLOW on the console.

Not a network problem (wired, Fibe, 500 mbps).

Here is what I have done so far with no success :
1) Reboot
2) Clear Cache
3) OS is uptdate, no update available
3) Delete and reinstall user account
4) Hard reset (with games maintained)
5) Total hard reset
6) tried safety mode and offline update, but my thumb drive is not recognized...

Not to say that I'm extremely upset, lost everything on my console, and now I'm stuck with a very overpriced useless blueray player with nothing else. Can't even use it to stream netflix.

I'm desperate for HELP

Hello Grégory, cable connections tend to be more stable and faster, what could be the problem is the cable.

As already put by Wi-fi, then try to connect again with a new network cable, preferably a Cat 6 network cable upwards.

Found it !!! It was a network error after all. Network stalled when wired, everything works fine on wifi. Go figure ?!

I always thought that wired connection where safer, faster, better ?!

So I actually fixed this with an old powershell script that I have. I'm a system admin and got this script a while back from Microsoft to fix app issues that we have had on the job with things like Photos and Calculator not opening. I actually pulled it from my google drive because I've put it there for someone in the past. Didn't think about it till now.

The steps I took were:

Uninstall the Xbox app
Run the script
Restart
Install the Xbox app

I think I've set the permissions correctly on this. As stated in the txt file you will see red text while the script is running but that is normal. What did happen for the first time that I've seen anyway is the script got stuck in a loop and was just running the same command over and over so I just closed it and restarted. Once I booted back up and installed the Xbox app it started working.

How about this? Open Powershell in admin mode and paste the following,

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Then restart your PC to apply changes.
