Seeing that you are stuck on the Preparing 0% in downloading any games, may we ask if you can at least try to download game using Microsoft Store?

Are you having issues with Microsoft Store in installing non-game apps?
What about Microsoft free games (like Microsoft Solitaire Collection) on Microsoft Store and Xbox app?

Is your Xbox app up-to-date? Kindly launch Microsoft Store and select the top right ... then Downloads and updates. Look for Xbox app and install updates (if there's any).

Do you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall or PC optimizer? These apps may hinder any downloads so try to disable or turn them off for the meantime while downloading games.

Same problem here, you can't download from Microsoft Store because it's a game pass game, and it redirects you to the Xbox Pass, i'm having this problem for several days now and i cannot find a fix.

Thanks for the reply Kathy. I am able to download from the microsoft store just fine.

I think I may have found the problem as being my pfSense firewall router as downloads seem to work if I use my mobile as a hotspot.

Just need to work out what is being blocked by the router and unblock it.

Through the micosoft store, I am physically unable to due to having no install button. for the xbox app i can't even install that. Through minecraft website it just refuses to start to download.
