    Unable to install any updates to games or apps, new purchases also fail.


    After latest update build: 464.2001.10001.70 my console has prompted me to update every install. Except now all the downloads fail. They run a couple of seconds than give multiple error codes. New purchases do the same thing. If I restart the download it resets, goes for a couple seconds than fails yet again.

    I've hard restarted the console. Unplugged for several minutes. I've reset network. I've restarted my network although internet works fine. Plenty of storage space. 1.5tb 700gb on internal, 800gb on external. I've unplugged external drive.

    At this point it's an update issue. Any ideas or am I going to have to unenroll just to use this brick again?

    I uninstalled Halo:MCC but it didn't properly uninstalled. Now I need to manually delete the file to free up space on my hdd. Need help please.

    can u give more detail on how u uninstalled it in the first place?
    New halo patch update was stuck so i figured i will uninstall the game and reinstall it again. But I run into this problem. I uninstall it through Settings Apps but It did't unistalled properly, it didn't deleted the files, so the corupted files are there
    and it's taking all the space. Also i am not unable to reinstall the game agaib through Xbox Beta App because it shows installed failed so i need to delete those files.

    Try to check through the app if the game was actually purchased correctly, also check the emails as they always send a confirmation email of the purchase, If your game is 100% associated with your account but you are unable to install it, contact support

    Jumping in to say I also have the same issue as OP, cannot install any new games from Xbox app or Windows Store. I also receive Error Code 0x80070002 when trying to install a game. This is clearly an issue with the Xbox app, probably a new update as this just started happening within the past week for me.

    Please release a fix/update because the Xbox/Store app is clearly non-functional right now!!!!

    Bought a product I am denied access to. Still Microsoft takes my money.

    How is your PC refusing to download the game? Do you get an error message?

    Also, even if you have all Windows Updates, do you have updated all the Windows 10 apps already? Sometimes the store needs a manual nudge to check for updates, and the updates itself. Unless the store app is also on the most up to date version, downloads
    and installs might fail.

    So please describe in a bit more details how you are unable to download the game. And how did you buy the game? Did you buy it through the store app, or did you use the website to buy the game?

    Does the order show up on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ ?

    Tried hard reseting the console, Did not work. Still unable to install or delete app. I believe this is a result of the new update.
