    I'm able to install games such as Battlefield from EA App. But if the game installs via Xbox i get the above issue.

    I did a clean install of windows 10 on my system.

    Updated my windows to the latest version.

    reset/repaired xbox app, gamingservices app, microsoft store.

    Did scannow

    Followed the below procedure:

    1. Launch powershell as an administrator and enter “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”
    2. In the same powershell window, enter “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN"
    No Luck. Please help. Only option i have left is to cancel my subscription.

    Its been like this for hours.

    restarting system, resetting or repairing store did not help.

    The image you sent, no longer presents the previous error, it even starts the download. Error 0x87e00196 has been resolved. Now, the issue is related to the download, but anyway, as soon as Windows is installed, the Microsoft Store starts downloading updates for the native apps, at first, it can take a while.

    It appears that Crusader Kings III has started downloading. Since you sent the message, has it continued in this percentage?

    Is this game related issue? i was able to install minecraft but when i tried crusader kings its not working.

    This is all after clean installation as advised.
