Unable to install any games using xbox app.

I have tried resetting the app

tried repairing

reinstalling even reset the whole PC but i cannot install crusader kings 3.

I even did all the troubleshooting with gaming services but no luck.

once i click on install. the game freezes at 1% installation. I cannot cancel nor pause the installation.

This also stops me from installing any other game from xbox app.

Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find the App named "Gaming Services" then select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Reset. Do the same for Xbox app and MS store.

After that press WIN+R (Windows logo key + R) , Enter "services.msc", find "Gaming Services", stop the service and then start it back again.

Kindly check if you can install your games using MS store. Open the Microsoft Store, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again using the account that has your games.

Its been like this since an hour, I wanna give up and cancel the subscription. is there a way to clean install all the xbox related services?

I did as advised but the installation kept loading:

Then i checked Xbox app and it seems like the installation of crusader kings is stopping this from getting installed (just my guess since minecraft wasn't there before)

As stated at the start of this thread. neither cancelling nor pausing nor dragging the other game to the top helps. its just frozen there.
