    Unable to Install a game from GamePass


    A new game is out on Game Pass that I've tried installing several times. "Going Under". It tries to start downloading, doesnt get above 0% and gives me error code 0x87e0000d. Looking online, The only support they give for PC is to check the xbox server statuses.... At the time of writing this they are all green. So far, Ive tried cancelling the install and trying again, restarting my computer, uninstalling xbox app and reinstalling, and installing on a different hard drive.

    All other games seem to install with no issue from Game Pass. Just going under has issues. My friend was able to confirm he was able to install this game as Im having issues. Any suggestions are welcome!

    Same issue over here. Error code: 0xa3ea00ca.

    EA game, Star Wars Jedi Fall Oder. sometimes it says that i need a parent to sign in, which boggles my mind. but otherwise, i just get this error while trying to download. it's not even trying to load up the EA App.

    Go into the ea desktop and scroll down, and select the option to sign in with Xbox. It will link your membership for game pass and you will be able to install it through there for ea games

    I am having the same error message while trying to install sims 4 not sure if this has something to do with the EA desktop app or not, any help would be super appreciated. also EA desktop uninstalled 2 other games that were installed awhile ago without me giving permisiion not sure if this should be happening or not.

    Same issue trying to install Battlefield 1

    EDIT: If you open the EA desktop app you should be able to download and install the games from there just not through gamepass like you normally do.
