Unable to install a digitally owned game

Hi

I'm trying to install Need for Speed with EA Access but every time i click install a instantly get a message saying 'Try Again Later - Something Happened at our End'

If i go to the game store it says i own the game but it doesn't show in my ready to install list in my games and apps and every time i click install it instantly pops up the message and doesn't even start to install

any ideas how to fix?

I have two Xbox consoles and i have a game on digital. I have a PROBLEM.

Digitally-owned titles can be found in "My Games & Apps", in the "Ready to Install" list.

 

Fable 2 does not appear in my games and apps, even though I own a digital copy on my 360

as Jrocker mentioned above any game you owned digitally back on the 360 will transfer over into your games and apps section on the xbox one in the READY TO INSTALL SECTION

and with hard copies of games you'll need to install like any xbox one game.

By any chance, have you checked on your EA Access if it's still active? This is one good way to start it.

You may also consider removing your profile > cold boot the console > Add the profile back to have everything re-synced.

Settings > All Settings > Account > Remove Account > Select Gamertag > Remove.

Cold boot : Press and Hold power button for 8-10sec > Unplug from power outlet for 3-5 minutes > Turn on console.

Hi thanks for the response - tried a cold reboot but had no joy - turned everything off for a few hours and when i came back it was in the list of games awaiting install?! must have just been a bug in the system

 

Wow. That's quite a bug you got there? Are you on the preview program by any chance? If yes, you may want to report that using the preview app or post it on the forums. But I'm glad it's all good on your end now. Happy Gaming man!
