    Unable to hear others using Headset


    I have this problem and searching for an answer but the problem i have is that i can hear in game and on apps just not in the party. Can soemone please help

    Unable to talk through hradset

    Unable to talk through headset, able to hear others but they can't hear me. Went to settings screen ,under devices, unable to click on volume setting-it's grayed out. Help! Bought a new headset with no resolution

    MP Chat issues

    I tried to do search online about this issue, but was unable to locate any fix on this. Everytime i play, i'm unable to hear my team. The mic does pick up my voice, but I'm unable to hear my teammates. I would like to know if this is a porting issue on my
    router? I'm currently using the astro a40's headset, but before i had this, i was using a the turtle beach x11. I was unable to hear anyone on either headset. Can someone please help me.

    Hi Brodster45,

    What type of headset is being used? Is it a stereo headset or chat headset? What brand is being used like Turtle beach, Afterglow, etc.

    Does it give an error message when trying to chat in party? Does it light up the gamerpic when speaking?

    Sorry to hear it. If your headset is unable to pic up your voice using the mic then perhaps the problem lies with the headset itself. Have you tried contacting their support services for the headset?

    Sorry to see you're having headset trouble. To start things off, which other headsets have you tested and have any of them not given you the crackle you're hearing? Is it possible to test your headset on a friend's console to see if you also run into this
