Unable to hear or talk to people in party chat, and am unable to message people on xbox or ...

I had my account suspended, and I was unable to submit a case review. I honestly have no idea why I was suspended, but it doesn't really matter. The suspension is over and for some reason I am still unable to talk to people in a party. I am able to receive
all types of messages and invites, but for some reason I am still unable to send messages or communicate in partys.

im perm ban for no reason

im unable to send message or to talk or hear people in party it say that i don't have a communication ban but act like i have one my gt is i would like to get this fix pls

I recently received a communication suspension. This suspension was said to end today just before 12:30pm. I am now able to message people again and join Xbox live party chat. However, in party chat I can hear my friends talking, but they are unable
to hear me. This is also occurring in game chat, although it shows I am talking.

Could anybody explain to me why this is happening or what i need to do to resolve the issue, thanks.

Have you checked out your account details on
Xbox Enforcement?

Does any sort of error message pop up when you attempt to send a message? Even something along the lines of mentioning "your past behavior... etc etc"?

If so, maybe your suspension is over, but you could still be "communication-banned".

When I send a message on xbox or on smartglass it shows that it has gone through like normal.... No error message. The message doesn't actually reach the person I send it to for some reason. The suspension said I was banned from communications until July
5th, 11:56 p.m (utc). I don't know why in the world they use UTC, but that means it was over at 7:56 p.m. (est) for me yesterday. At that point I was able to play games that I was previously unable to play because of the ban, but everything else still wasn't
working even though the ban was over.

the exact thing is happening to me right now. I was suspended over a month ago and ended 3 weeks ago but I still can't can't send messages or talk/hear people in party/game chat. I'm really getting frustrated
