Unable to hear one another

In my party of four people including myself, I can hear two people normally, but I cant hear the other person at all, as if they arent even in the party. The only way I can hear them is through the mic bleed of one of the other's headphones. Before joining
the party, the account that I cannot hear at all shows as "Anonymous", and in the party menu after joining it says that the account is offline. I tried signing into another account that was registered into my Xbox One. Instead of showing up as "Anonymous",
the account name itself actually shows up, and I can suddenly hear them just as clear as i could hear the other accounts on my main account. What can i do to solve this problem?

Two earphones ?

Ok so I have the same deal but I have a set of x41 and x12. The x12 are connected to the x41 for the 7.1 surround. W have separate gold acct. but unable to hear eachother. We have the receiver for the x41 connected top the output on the tv and we really
want to make this work. We play a lot of multiplier splitscreen and is a pain to not hear one another thanks.

 

Can't recover account.

Hi,

I have created another account, it's so far, my only choice. What I'm upset about is the licences to many arcade games that I am now not only unable to access, unable to play, and unable to transfer to my new account.

If I had another console, I would try that, believe me. Unfortunately I do not have access to another console, only this rather new shiny one I recently purchased.
