    Unable to hear anyone in party chat!


    This started happening 2 months ago because i thought it was cause of quarantine but i'm still unable to talk to my friends. So what happens is that when i join i can hear my friends perfectly for a couple of seconds, then everything is silent and i get
    kicked out with the message 'We are unable to connect to Xbox Live at the moment - the service may be down.' but i checked the network and it says the Services are up and running. This is happening on pc and my friends are on Xbox. Haven't talked to anyone
    since quarantine started.

    Try clearing youre alternate mac address in the advanced settings on xbox it always works for me

    Have you tried to make a power cycle on your xbox. If already tried that, have you tried to reset your console? That is the last resort but you seem to be desperate about, what is perfectly understandable
