Chat system seems to be down,. I am trying to get status of my service request. Can someone from MS please contact me at my account email as the chat system is not working.

Unable to create service request

Hello,

For the last few weeks I'm unable to create a service request for my Xbox One (won't turn on). Support doesn't seem to be able to create one for me, so I'm pretty much running out of options.

Does anyone know what I can do? Will try to give them a call tomorrow, but want this resolved asap. Was looking forward to the release of Titanfall, but time seems to be running out

Unable to create service request

As an addition, the error it keeps giving me is this:

No services found

No service offers are available

Don't know why. Had this since I got it back from repair last time. This will be the third time I need to send it in for repair, and it seems to me even the repair process isn't as solid as it should be...

Here the options are different i am unable to reach the customer support.

That’s the issue they not answering it’s taking ages to connect to a customer care agent not answering calls nothing i am frustrated now since yesterday I struggling

If you’re not able to open a repair request no matter the category or reason you select and even if you try another device, browser or Wi-Fi network the best option is contact Microsoft support to see if they’re able to start the repair order for you

The console i want to get serviced is xbox series s and it shows in warranty i won’t be able to it’s like same as amazon it’s been 5-6 months since my purchase they won’t be able to answer the Origin of my xbox
