    Unable to get streaming to work on xbox.com/play site


    I've been able to stream on my Android phone no problem since that launched, but have not yet been able to get a stream to work on the xbox.com/play site. It "loads" the stream and I get the Xbox splash screen and power on noise, but after that, just a black screen and then an error warning. This happens with every game I've tried (ESO, Doom Eternal, Halo MCC, Maneater etc.)

    Anyone else having this issue with xCloud in the browser?

    All three options seem to be working for me. What browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser? Have you tried clearing all the cache/cookies from your browser, restarting it, and trying again?

    Hello Yates,

    Sorry for the issue with streaming. Only thing I can pull up is
    streaming on windows 10.     I did try and search for help but unable to get to them sites. (work preventing me) I searched OBS stream labs and found one titled

    stream labs OBS window walk through    . Can try this and see if it helps.

    Can't access account.

    So you are referring to the Xbox.com site? Are you unable to see your account details on the console? What exactly are you trying to view or change?

    The site xbox.com does not work, but microsoft.com works without problem.

    What specifically doesn't work? The stream audio or the party audio?
    Was that not covered in the OPs post?

    Seems to me that the OP is playing using the Remote Play function but the Microphone doesn't work when in a party chat whilst using the Remote Play. the Mic works fine when directly connected to the Xbox or used via the Xbox App
