Unable to get Spelunky with Games With Gold

Every time I try to redeem Spelunky using GWG it fails. I click on "Check Price", it takes me to the confirmation screen saying it's Backwards Compatible, I click confirm, and then the screen goes blue for several seconds, flashes a message for an instant,
and goes back to the store screen. I can't get it on the website either because it says my account isn't authorized to make such purchases even though I have the permissions for any kind of purchase. What's going on with my account?

Did not receive Spelunky with Games with Gold.

Contacted chat support, no license was found.

And I do only have one profile on the console, which is why I am confused as to why the game did not download, or be added to the cloud.

I did not receive my free game, Spelunky. Via an error or some other thing not registering. It is not in my downloaded games nor cloud. The game is also no longer available for free, due to the offer being over the next day. I "Downloaded" it on the 15th
and is not anywhere to be seen. So this is my last shot.

I have, but I found my answer on the twitter support account. Apparently Child Accounts cannot redeem 360 games unless they redeem them on a 360.
