Unable to get purchase history - phone support unable/willing to help

So I'm trying to get my purchase history back as far as possible, back to 2006 if possible. The 2 methods of getting this (either Sign in to your Microsoft account or https://account.xbox.com/en-US/PaymentAndBilling/PaymentOptions?managePi=0)
are only showing me the past 3 months or 1 year. The commerce site gives me the drop down for previous years, but choosing another year and clicking search does nothing.

I have done this on multiple browsers and multiple computers.

So, I contacted support to see if they can email me the information on my account. "It is our policy not to email this information as it can be personally identifiable." Ok. So strip out any credit card information and send it to the email address on
the account. Nope. Won't do that either. This was after escalating to the, supposedly, only supervisor on the floor. I asked him to help me resolve this issue as the site isn't giving me what I need. He tells me the only way for me to get this information
is to use the site or call my bank. My bank won't have the program names in their system. He took me telling him that I should be recording the call to put on the internet as an opportunity to disconnect the call with me.

Someone out there...help? I'm now frustrated and honestly a bit angry. I just want this information and the methods provided for me to be able to get this myself are not working. Here it is in writing....I don't care what personally identifiable information
is in this...can you please just email me my transaction history?? Please.

Splinter cell conviction Insurgency dlc is not available for purchase , i have contacted support but they were unable to help , i even contacted ubisoft support , even they were unable to help . How can i get this Game add on , everything is available
for purchase except the DLC .

Please help

Cannot add purchase to download queue?

New to xbox, bought Lego Star Wars hoping to have it downloaded to new xbox for Christmas gift... So far still unable to access... Can see it in purchase history, but seem unable to add to download queue... Help!

What I can only suggest you to check is this page.

live.xbox.com/.../History

You can see most if not all your games and add-ons that your account own with dates included.

However, for other purchases such as subscriptions or renewal charges. Unfortunately, you can only

see them through commerce website.

Its not that support does not want to provide you such information. Its just that due to there policy on protecting each customers accounts. They are not allowed to share those information. Also, with regards to purchases way back 2013. Due to the fact that
Microsoft Points have been discontinued. Some or most of the purchases are removed from the account history. So you might find it hard to check your purchases before 2013.
