Unable to get past loading screen

    Unable to get past loading screen


    i have recently purhased two games. 1 disc and 1 digital copy. Ive had no problem installing them however i cant get past the very first loading screen so havent even had a CHANCE to play either of them, 1 of which ive been looking forward to for weeks.

    Tried turning xbox off and on, tried deleting local saves, tried factory dumping by holding power button and ive tried re-installig the game.

    i would like a refund, even if just for the digital copy. Asap. £55 is a lot of money to me

    Blacks OP 2 Update did it ruin my console?

    EVER SINCE THE BLACK OPS 2 UPDATE MY CONSOLE RUNS INCREDIBLY HOT AND TAKES FOREVER TO LOAD THE HOME SCREEN. PLUS NONE OF MY GAMES WILL LOAD PAST THE LOADING SCREEN AND I AM UNABLE TO PLAY THEM.

    IS MY CONSOLE BROKEN?

    minecraft bedrock loading problem

    if the splash screen is the leading screen then no he cannot get past this, clicks on it to load and it flicks back to home screen

    Yes the console was still offline. I’m not able to get past the Home Screen to get to the settings of the game without first getting past this issue and loading my profile.
