Unable to get onto Fortnite

New error code of 3F4B - 0000 - 3080 - 0506 - 8B05 - 0018

I believe I may need help in person as I do not understand alot of this jargon as what I am being told does not happen

Hey there Wicked! How do you mean it won't let you access your profile? Do you mean it won't let you sign into your profile on your console at all? Or do you mean that your profile simply doesn't appear on your console in the first place?

Could you try the following steps for me please.

Delete profile and clear the cache 3 times and then redownload your profile.

Goto storage devices and select profiles delete your profile, look to see if there is any other corrupt profiles too with an exclamtion or something if so delete them to.

Then come back out and goto your storage devices and clear cache by pressing Y do this 3 times please 1 after the other

Then restart your console

Press Xbox guide button and redownload your profile

Hopefully this should help

Status Code: 3F4B - 000 - 3080 - 0502 - 8007 - 0570

My network connection is fine. Have deleted everything by the looks and says there is space. HELP !!!
