    Bought my 11 year old Fifa 16 for his Xbox 360. When trying to play FIFA ultimate team comes up with 'error connecting to Fifa 16 ultimate team' how is this when he can play Fifa 12,13,14 online but not Fifa 16??? Please help very upset little boy at xmas

    I had a XBOX 360 and yesterday I bought XBOX One. On the XBOX 360 I played FIFA online with my Ultimate Team. Now I've bought FIFA 18 for the XBOX One but I can't play with my Ultimate Team. The XBOX One recognises my name/account but I have to make a new
    Ultimate Team. I want to play with my Ultimate Team. Can somebody help me?

    Depending on the version you purchased there are different methods of fixing the problem. One way is to re enter your Fifa ultimate code. The other way is clearing your cache and reinstalling the game
