Unable to get my latest save data

I've tried removing my account now I've got no gamer score and can't read when I sign in as its all white

 

if your a preview member then its because of that, theres an issue with the update, its a bug they have to fix

 

I had the same issue buddy. Unfortunately after hours of trying to sort with removing profiles, power cycling, praying... I finally had to download the factory reset USB thing and completely reset my console. Luckily all my games are saved to an external.

 

I got the same issue since today morning in the noon I was able to play normaly and then the Error kept coming till now.

I tried to hardreset and I restartet my router...

 

What about your game saves?

 

Same issue, I have performed power cycle, reset router, removed my account, reinstalled it, now no friends, gamerscore whilst having the same problem..

Unsure if i should continue with games - will they eventually sync, will i loose progress? I am preview member. This all coincides with last update (today) reported the problem via app.

Sucks a bit, but hey we knew this may happen - any news on an eta for a fix?

 

I had this problem too managed to fix it by unplugging my charger from my controller however today when I went on it said in offline. Did another hard reset and now its back to this various hard resets router reboots etc later and nothing. now im stumped.

 

Just fixed mine, Go to settings/network choose go offline then press console button 8 seconds, Power back up go to settings/network choose go online, You will need to sign in good luck.

 

Same thing just happened to me. Filed a report on it, but hard resetting my console and deleting my old saves made no difference.

I'd really like a solution that doesn't involve a factory reset, if you don't mind.

For those who have sync and connectivity issues and are members of the dashboard preview go to settings->system and update your consoles. There is a new dashboard update fixing any issues!

I did it last night to mine and its now working perfectly

 

So basicly they just delete everything and tell you oh well? Too bad you lost everything I hope we were helpful.
