    Today, I recieve a message on my xbox, that we are unable to get your latest save data.

    I wonder why?

    I have gold membership and all and I have tryed to restart my xbox and my internet router.

    can you please help me.

    Clearly, this message has appeared and tormented those who own Xbox Ones for times since. Is this one of those times? That's what I went to the forums to find out. I have not seen any other posts indicating the same thing, so I'm getting kinda worried.



    Details:



    Issue began to occur late last night on the 28th on November. Issue appeared in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. There were a lot of issues occurring with the game, such as not being able to join parties and a disconnect from an Xbox Live party occurred sometime around 5-7pm where I was kicked out of the party and we had to leave the party, create a new one and re-invite everyone. This was the first sign of any issue outside of the game occurring. There was horrendous lag and we were kicked out of some games before they even started. I'm not able to tell whether this extends simply to Halo: The Master Chief Collection or the servers themselves; whether this shows the servers going faulty or not. Regardless, after everyone left, I went back on Halo: The Master Chief Collection around 9-12ish and received this message.



    The first thing I tried was "Try again". That didn't work, so I hit the same button about 5 more times with no results. Clearly, this wasn't going to work, so I tried hard resetting my xbox. That didn't work either. I tried taking out the disk, hard resetting my xbox, and then putting it back in. That didn't work. I tried quitting the app, taking the disk out, hard resetting my xbox and putting the disc back in. That didn't work either. After numerous tries, I gave up.



    It's now the following day. I've tried clicking the try again button numerous times and hard resetting my xbox. I've tested this with other games, such as Forza Horizon 2 and the issue is also occurring. I tried something different this time; I used a different Xbox Live account that I own to see if the issue still occurs. It does. This issue only seems to occur on Xbox One, as I've successfully been able to find games on my Xbox 360.



    Has anyone else had this issue? Here's the time in case you have to mix and match:

    Hi S3THANGEL,

    Are you connected to the internet? Try doing a connection test, by going to Settings, then Network.

    I'm having the same issues. Accepted the latest NXOE last night and when I got back online I was having the "save data" sync issues. I deleted my profile and did a hard reset. When I got back online it said that I have no friends and zero gamerscore.
    My background was reset and my xbox console colors as well. Every game I try to play just says it cannot retrieve my data. If I select "use offline" it works but one of my games lost all save content. I believe the game was Kickbeat. I select "use offline"
    but my entire game save is reset. I tried a few other games like GTA and Warframe and selected "use offline". The save content is still there for those games. When I go to manage storage not one of my games shows a game save on the console. It shows "reserved
    space", but no actual game save. The game saves were there before the latest NXOE update I took last night. I did not try factory resetting my console just yet. I have a few friends with the same issues that I am having right now. Every app and game just
    does not want to sync the data.

    I deleted my profile off my xbox and did powered down my system. I reset my router then turned my xbox back on. I then redownloaded my profile and everything was fixed. Saved games and all.

    Hey S3THANGEL try this, hold down the power button on your xbox until it turns off, unplug it from the wall, leave it off for about 1 minute, plug it back in, turn it on. once its on go to your settings, go to your network settings > advanced settings >
    Alternate MAC adress > clear, it should prompt you to restart. once it restarts check and see if its working

    I have the same issue with every game I have tried. I have tried Us3r Offlin3's method which hasnt worked. I am also in the preview program if that makes any difference. NXOE was therefore installed several days ago with no negative effects. This problem
    has just occurred as all was working fine until the early hours of this morning UK time (Fallout, what can I say).

  15. Same issue here, power cycled, reseted the modem and bla bla bla... tryed to remove the account and relog but it's now showing my GS 0, no friends online or account configurations.
