unable to get into multiplayer games

ive posted on here already about my account being on acoid me status and being unable to find games online because of it. i got a response but the response is of no help as im stuck still being unable to get into games online. my service is being restricted
because of a rep system that a group of friends all decided to leave bad rep. im a paying customer and not getting the same service as everyone else. my only option seems to be to create a new account but this isnt right considering money spent for ingame
content on my account

On 360 Platform. Cannot get into Multiplayer

Unable to get into any multiplayer games. I can join in with friends, but no game will launch and no other players ever get into the list. Any one else having this problem?

Can't connect to any game

No, I have no problem staying connected to xbox live. I'm unable to join any of my friends games (any multiplayer game), but I can get into parties or games by myself.

Random reports will not lower your rep. Each complaint is looked into before any action is taken. The best answer I have for you to raise your rep, is to try to play the co-op campaign of a game with friends. This seems to have helped for others. You can
also go to the forums of the games you play and post trying to find others with like rep and find a time you can all get together to play.

i have to go on a forum on my computer and try and find someone and then add them on my console and then go through the invite process in order to just play a game of fifa online. plus this wont go towards seasons progress either cos its a match vs a friend...so
i pay for xbox live and now i have to go through all this hassle which other people dont have to

you say each complaint is looked into but i think your putting too much faith into this system you believe in. i see how many complaint i have on my acocunt and its not even that many and i know which people filed the complaints too because they said lets

Xbox Live Gold is ONLY required for playing online Multiplayer, participating in parties and getting and playing the free Games with Gold games.

If you purchased a game digitally, you can download that without a Gold membership. You'll just be unable to play the online multiplayer part (if the game has online Multiplayer).
