Unable to get into EA access account

I was trying to play an EA access game recently and have not updated my EA access email for a while. Now since my email address is different I cannot restart my password. I want to figure out a way of accessing my EA account with my new email. Thank you

Usually you should know the email and the password associated with an online account. The same is true for EA.

Hello Mantermite,

You can create an EA account for him as he should have it anyway. Once created try accessing the multiplayer features with how you got it set up. If he is unable to access the multiplayer still then the home sharing feature isn't working with the EA. There
is no definite guide for this as it is an EA subscription.

I've already downloaded EA access, but I must create a Origin account though to get full access to EA Access.

If this is kept on EA's servers, then you will need to contact them for further assistance with this. We are unable to access that. I would still suggest attempting a new game to see if that will resolve this issue. I am very sorry to see that we are unable
to get this resolved for you, but I do hope that EA can get you sorted out.

I had the same problem but with Halo 5 Guardians. My broadband is with Sky and it turns out it was being blocked by Sky Broadband Shield. I changed the settings in shield to allow halowaypoint.com and it worked!! If you add the address for EA it might solve
the problem. Good luck!
