    My Xbox is broken, it will switch on but then immediately turns off. I have tried to go through the online service and trouble shooting for 2 days. Xbox say it needs a service but the page is blank when I get to payments. I have been trying to talk to
    a live person to find out how I can send this in for a service but this seems not to be an option. Any help would be amazing please

    Thanks. If you're still unable to get it fixed then I'd recommend getting in touch with support via https://support.xbox.com/contact-us. When you get to a fellow gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate for an account issue.
