Unable to get Halo Reach at Games with gold

I`m trying to get the Halo Reach from Games with Gold but I'm getting the following error:

Halo: Reach Beta Disc

I decided to play Halo: Reach after a long time of inactivity, but when Xbox Live tried to update the game, it said that my disc was not compatible with the update and I was unable to play. I was a part of the Dashboard Beta and was attempting to use the
Halo: Reach disc I was sent as a part of the Dashboard Beta Program. I do not have a retail copy of the game. Am I unable to play Halo: Reach anymore?

Verify the billing information for your Microsoft account. To do this, follow these steps:

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Click Billing.

Verify your billing information. For example, click profile and verify the information on the page. Then, click payment options and click a payment method. Verify the information for each payment method.

Sign out of your Microsoft account, and then sign in again.

Sign in to Xbox Live and try to download the content again.
