Unable to get GWG due to verification check

Hi guys, I'm trying to get borderlands GWG and I'm unable to buy from the Xbox one dashboard, so then i go to Xbox.com and go through the steps to buy it from there but I hit a snag, I'm asked to verify my account either by email or mobile number but now
I don't use either that email or number anymore. So next I replace my old number with my new mobile number and receive a text with a code, I then put the code into the site, everything okay up to now. So now i go back to buying the game and I'm led to a page
stating that I won't be able to proceed with the purchase until a certain date once my number is verified. Please help!

hello how do i make a complaint to xboxlive.. not agaisnt another gamertag as thats the only option.

my accs keep gettin removed from my console or we get kicked out of a zombie game during round 30 due to acc verification... i have multiple acc/4. pmo

I always traveling betwen Italy - Hungary - French. Back in the day when the first AC was free during GwG i was unable to recive it due i was in Hungary and my acc is italien. But now days its working fine everywhere. At least i don't had a problem since
then.

Check if you can find the game in your purchase history and the purchase status is ''completed'', on this link you can check your purchase history.

If the purchase status is ''completed'', clean your console's MAC and try to play the game again.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.
