Why am I not getting xbox Gold when it says I paid for it? Cant access games!

My concern is in the Title. Im paying for gold rewards when Im unable to get free games with gold. You tell me.

Games with Gold free game attach to account when I already have a physical disc

Hey there,

You can only get the free game license/s when you get the Free Games with Gold or hit the Buy $0.00 button. Free Games with Gold changes every month, so if the game you were aiming for were part of the Free Games with Gold before and you were unable to get
it, then the only thing to do now is either purchase the game digitally or wait for it to be free again.

Try performing a hard reset on your console EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and
restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results. Let us know.
